When Can I Withdraw My Deposit?

The deposit can only be withdrawn on the 1st, 10th, and 20th of each month. Follow these steps

  • Go to the My deposits section and click Withdraw.
  • A pop-up will appear where you can request the withdrawal.

If withdrawing before the deposit reaches one year, a 35% fee will apply. After one year, no fees are charged.

Note: The withdrawal of the deposit itself takes 7 business days.
