If your transaction is delayed or the funds have not appeared in your account, contact AURUM Support and provide the following details in text format (not screenshots)
- Date — when the transaction was made
- Amount — how much you sent
- Transaction Hash (TxID) — the unique transaction ID
- Network — the blockchain network used (e.g., TRC20, BSC, Polygon)
- Coin — the asset sent (e.g., USDT, USDC)
You may also send a direct link to the transaction in a blockchain explorer for faster verification.
Support will review your transfer and assist you with updating the status.
